Our ministry came to fruition through the inevitable trials, disappointments, failures and rejections that are destined for those who are called by God. In our futile attempts to find lasting peace and joy in this world, it became ever so clear that our souls yearned for that which the world could not provide. More and more we grew frustrated and disgruntled with our lives and the empty ways of the world, it was as if we were being set apart or circumcised for a greater cause. As we turned from the world and humbly accepted God’s call, we found ourselves growing in our understanding and love for God and His word. Though we had to make many sacrifices and suffer all sorts of pain, our faith was deemed genuine, and we were delivered from death to life and received the promised Holy Spirit. Although we understand that we have not yet been perfected, “forgetting what is behind, we press on toward the upward call of Christ” with the hope to motivate, inspire and restore God’s people through our ministry.
